Peter practices primarily in Civil Litigation with a focus on Building and Construction matters; commercial and residential building issues and disputes, contracts, sub-contracts, Security of Payment matters, interparty litigation recoveries and business efficacy and compliance.

Peter’s practice requires him to provide advice and act on behalf of clients in proceedings in the Supreme, District & Local Courts of New South Wales, the New South Civil & Administrative Tribunal NCAT, Administrative Appeals Tribunal and other Commissions and Tribunals focusing on front end preparation to minimise and avoid disputes and where a dispute does arise, on adopting an approach derived at achieving the best net outcome.
